This is an interview about dialogues in which we have a dialogue about interviews with Dr. Janet Salmons.
Dr. Salmons is on the graduate faculty at Capella University’s School of Business and Technology, where she develops and teaches courses in leadership. She is also principal consultant for Vision 2 Lead which provides online and face-to-face training and faculty development.
Salmons talks about her research in e-learning, collaboration, and leadership in the digital world as well as innovative e-research approaches for studying them.
